RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Payment information will be sent upon booking.

For cancellations/cancellations of tours, the following applies:
Cancellations received more than 10 days before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 0% of the tour price (or refund of 100% of the prepayment)
Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 25% of the tour price (or refund of 75% of the prepayment)
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 50% of the tour price (or refund of 50% of the prepayment)
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 100% of the tour price

*Please note that there may be delays or cancellations on all our tours due to wind and weather.

*100% of the tour price will be refunded in the event of cancellations due to weather and/or technical problems.
